Sonder is looking for a Front Desk Hospitality Agent in Nice to engage guests using our app and on-site services, ensuring a memorable stay. You will manage in-person and digital guest interactions, resolve issues, and support both guest-facing and back-of-house operations.

You will help with housekeeping quality, inventory, and basic maintenance tasks, while supporting multiple properties in the local market. A flexible schedule and travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest needs.
• Strong computer literacy and writing skills.
• Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented; able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule and open to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
• Regular access to a reliable smartphone for work purposes.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties daily.

Responsabilités

• Guide guests through the technology-rich Sonder experience via the app and self-service features.
• Communicate with guests in-person and digitally to anticipate and address needs, ensuring a seamless stay.
• Own guest issues to resolution and accommodate requests whenever possible.
• Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
• Support back-of-house team with audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues; cover multiple properties as needed.
• Assist market leadership with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly and contribute to guest experience improvements.
• Where applicable, set up breakfast buffet and tables, assist with service and adhere to HACCP.
