Sonder France is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Hospitality Agent in Paris to welcome guests, guide them through our technology-driven experience, and ensure a seamless stay. You will handle guest interactions in person and via digital channels, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across properties.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, with daily property travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or other hospitality roles.
• Service-minded and positive attitude toward guest interaction.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive guest service.
• Excellent computer literacy and ability to switch between apps.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight; travel between properties.
• Reliable transportation or commuting ability; smartphone required.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality service and professionalism in all guest interactions, in person and via digital systems.
• Assist guests with the Sonder app and self-service features.
• Own guest issues to resolution and accommodate requests whenever possible.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
• Support back-of-house tasks such as housekeeping audits and inventory checks.
• Assist multiple Sonder properties within the local market as required.
• Perform administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly and help improve the guest experience.
• In markets where applicable, set up breakfast buffet tables, serve breakfast, and comply with HACCP guidelines.

As an Overnight Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you will be the face of Sonder, creating an exceptional first impression on guests and partners. You will guide guests through our technology‑rich experience, ensuring they enjoy a seamless stay, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service and professionalism in all guest interactions, both in‑person and via digital communication systems.
• Assist guests with the Sonder app and self‑service features, helping them maximize their stay.
• Own guest issues to resolution and accommodate requests whenever possible.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of guest‑facing and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Support back‑of‑house tasks such as housekeeping audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues.
• Assist multiple Sonder properties within the local market as required.
• Perform administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly and help continuous improvement of the guest experience.
• In markets where applicable, set up breakfast buffet tables, serve breakfast, and comply with HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in hotels, restaurants, or other customer‑facing hospitality roles.
• Personable, service‑mindful, and positive attitude toward guest interaction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting guest needs.
• Excellent computer literacy and written communication skills; comfortable switching between desktop and mobile applications.
• Organized, hardworking, and detail‑oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts; willingness to travel between properties daily.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift or carry items up to 50pounds.
• Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
• Reliability in transportation and willingness to use public transit, biking, walking, or other reasonable means to travel between locations.
• Must have a reliable smartphone for work purposes (expense reimbursement available).
