Sonder is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality Agent in Nice to welcome guests, guide them using the Sonder app, and ensure a smooth, high-quality stay. You will interact with guests in-person and via digital channels, address requests, and maintain tidy, welcoming spaces across properties.

The role requires flexible scheduling, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to travel between properties in the local market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality roles.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Sonder, creating a welcoming first impression for guests and partners.
• Guide guests through the Sonder experience using the app and self-service features.
• Handle guest interactions with high service levels and resolve issues to guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces; support housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks as needed.
• Assist multiple properties in the local market and support administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
