TheSoul Group is seeking a GTM Principal to own a market from first conversation to signed contract for Valis, our AI platform that transforms mid-market companies into AI-Native organisations. You will lead CEO relationships, run demos, negotiate terms and close deals, with deployment teams backing you to deliver.

You’ll build renewals and expansion plans and share learned playbooks to accelerate future growth. This role is remote within Europe, with travel to client sites (~30–60%) as needed.
