Job summary

Valis is seeking a GTM Principal to drive enterprise sales across Europe, owning market strategy, initial meetings, demos, and contract negotiations. You will partner with deployment leads to deliver and expand the client relationship, turning platform insights into concrete business outcomes.

You will leverage a warm CEO network, drive demand, and advise on AI-driven transformations, governance, and operating model changes. A hands-on, high-impact sale with complex, six-figure deals is expected.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle closing of six-figure deals from first conversation to signature.
• Experience selling AI engagements to C-suite executives.
• Proven ability to generate demand and build executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a market and run the first meeting and demo.
• Lead the deal through offer, negotiation and contract signing.
• Post-signature advise on platform-driven expansion and renewal.
