Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, seeks an ambitious Growth intern in Paris to join the GTM team. You will help drive pipeline, build targeted audiences, and run outbound campaigns with email and LinkedIn.

You bring French fluency, strong English, and an interest in Growth, Business Development, or Sales Operations. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zapier, or n8n is a plus for hands-on impact and learning.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in Business Development or Marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zapier or n8n.
• Ideally an end-of-studies internship.
• Curious and eager to learn Growth, Business Development, and Sales Ops.
• Proactive, metrics-driven with problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Creative and builder mindset with revenue-driving ideas.

Responsabilités

• Support the GTM team to drive pipeline and monitor performance against targets.
• Identify and build targeted account-based audiences based on criteria.
• Work with North America GTM teams: Sales, Partners, Marketing, RevOps.
• Develop and launch outbound campaigns (email/LinkedIn) to create memorable sales experiences.
• Gather customer/market research to identify patterns and relevant audiences and messaging.
• Participate in tech projects including AI and automation to support GTM.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize growth initiatives.
