CO2 AI, based in Paris, is seeking a Go-to-Market Intern to join our commercial team. You will help grow revenue and build pipeline, using AI tools from day one.

Role is a full-time, 6-month internship starting January 2027, in central Paris. You will assist outbound prospecting, content and CRM work, and collaborate with sales and marketing.

Monthly stipend 800€ to 1200€, in-office presence, opportunity to gain hands-on AI experience in a sustainability SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (business, marketing, communications, or similar).
• A real interest in AI: you already use AI tools day to day, and it's a big plus if you've built something yourself (an automation, an agent, a vibe-coded app)
• Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a crisp, personal outreach message
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple threads
• Curious and self-starting, you like figuring things out and aren't afraid to reach out to strangers
• Genuine interest in sustainability, climate, or SaaS is a big plus
• Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.

Responsabilités

• Support outbound prospecting: research target accounts, build contact lists, and help draft and personalize outreach (email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
• Contribute to marketing initiatives: campaigns, events, webinars, and content and help track how they convert into pipeline
• Build and improve GTM workflows with AI: create Claude skills and agents for account research, meeting prep, CRM enrichment and reporting that the whole revenue team can use
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date (data entry, enrichment, activity logging) and help report on funnel and campaign metrics
• Run experiments on messaging, sequences, and targeting, and share what's working with the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to sharpen how we talk about CO2 AI
