Voodoo is seeking a Growth Strategy & Monetization Manager to join the Ad Monetization team in Paris. You will drive revenue performance across a portfolio of mobile games and apps, optimize the ad tech stack with engineering collaboration, and lead cross-functional projects from diagnosis to implementation.

This role suits someone with a consulting or analytical background aiming to own a multi-hundred-million revenue engine.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school.
• 3–6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.).
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue performance across a portfolio of games and apps.
• Optimize the ad tech stack with engineering on mediation, experiments, and auctions.
• Lead high-impact projects and coordinate with product, UA, data, and creative teams.
• Act as a business owner with end-to-end ownership of initiatives and revenue impact.
