Voodoo in Paris is seeking a founding Growth Manager to drive paid and organic strategy across our app portfolio and scale new apps enjoyed by millions. You will work directly with the CEO, own the growth roadmap, and execute data-driven experiments with high autonomy.

You will partner with creative, product, and development teams, analyze performance metrics, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify ambitious activations. Fluency in English and French is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience driving growth for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem and branding performance.
• Data-driven growth hacker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the growth strategy for our new apps — running a high volume of tests across acquisition channels and doubling down on high-potential ones.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, product, development) to ensure execution of the growth strategy and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct systematic data analysis and leverage key metrics to measure channel performance, drive decisions, prioritize growth initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ growth strategies to identify innovative activations.
