Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth to own the Growth product vision across conversion and growth infrastructure. You will set the strategy, align with Marketing, Sales, Brand and Data, and drive AI-native experiments and surfaces that accelerate member acquisition and activation.

You will manage PMs, coach teams, and shape a modular product roadmap across countries, balancing local adaptation with rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product leadership experience, with ownership of an area (Lead/Group PM) or as a founder.
• Experience shipping growth products: conversion, activation, or referrals.
• Strong experience with experimentation, statistics, attribution, and data-informed decision making.
• Hands-on in analytics: event tracking, funnels, dashboards, growth instrumentation.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams across geographies without formal authority.
• English fluency required; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the Growth product vision across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure.
• Lead PMs and coordinate with Design, Engineering, Data, Insurance, and Marketing teams.
• Drive AI-native growth initiatives: conversational AI, AI-driven acquisition, and AI ecosystems integration.
• Build an experimentation engine and accelerate testing velocity to improve wins.
• Develop teams and craft a scalable Growth product strategy across multiple countries.
