Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth to shape the direction of Growth and AI initiatives across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. You will own strategy for the area, ship high-impact growth features, and lead a team of PMs with a focus on conversion, activation, and referrals.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales, aligning roadmaps and defining a coherent vision for modular, self-serve experiences to accelerate global expansion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product-related experience at Lead or Group PM level or as a founder.
• Directly managed product managers including hiring and coaching.
• Launched real growth products: conversion, activation, or referral.
• Experience running experiments (A/B testing, significance, attribution).
• Hands-on in the engine room: event tracking, funnel analysis, dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Set a coherent Growth roadmaps vision and align Conversion and Growth Infrastructure.
• LeadAlan’s AI ambition in Growth and drive buy-in across geographies.
• Build and scale a modular, self‑served Growth platform for rapid country rollout.
• Build and mentor PMs, raise craft standards, and own outcomes across teams.
