Alan is seeking a Product Lead for Growth to own the vision, strategy and roadmap across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will manage PMs, drive experimentation velocity, and lead AI-native growth initiatives across two crews.

You’ll partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Sales to align on shared objectives and ship high-impact growth features. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product at Lead/Group PM level or as a founder, direct PM management experience, and a strong

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product, Lead or Group PM level or founder
• Direct PM management experience required
• Shipped growth product: conversion/activation/referral
• Hands-on with experimentation: A/B testing, statistics, attribution
• Hands-on in analytics: event tracking, funnel analysis, dashboards
• Close to AI with product experience or strong following of AI space
• Ability to rally distributed teams and align stakeholders across geographies
• Customer and member conversations inform decision-making
• Healthcare focus aligned with Alan’s mission
• English fluency required; French a plus
