Alan is seeking a Product Lead for Growth to own the end-to-end Growth product vision across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will lead PMs, drive experimentation, and push AI-native initiatives in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Sales to shape roadmaps, measure outcomes, and ensure delivery of high-impact growth products that resonate with prospects and members.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product-related experience, currently at Lead or Group PM level, or as a Founder.
• Directly hired and coached product managers; hiring, coaching, and performance reviews are expected.
• Delivered growth-focused product initiatives: conversion, activation, or referral.
• Experimentation is central: A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution, data-challenge mindset.
• Hands-on in analytics: event tracking, funnel analysis, dashboards, growth instrumentation.
• Close to AI: built AI products or strong view on LLM systems in production.
• Ability to influence without authority across distributed teams and geographies.
• Engages with members and prospects and uses feedback to drive product decisions.
• Healthcare is important to Alan’s mission; fluency in English required and French is a plus.

• Lead PMs in the area and drive talent development across product communities.
• Push experimentation velocity and move Growth to AI-native capabilities.
• Build a modular platform approach to expand from a single conversion flow to multiple products.
• Guide the team to ship impactful growth products and measure outcomes rigorously.
