Job summary

Electra is building the fast-charging network across Europe and seeking a Growth Ops intern focused on the corporate fleet segment in France. You will partner with sales operations to build scalable processes, enrich accounts, and leverage AI to personalise outreach at scale.

You will work closely with the sales team to enable pipeline generation, starting in France and expanding to other markets as priorities shift. Fluency in French and English is required, with a passion for AI-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Student seeking an internship in growth, sales ops, or data-driven sales.
• First experience in B2B sales or sales operations expected.
• Passionate about AI; uses ChatGPT or AI agents.
• Analytical and able to test, measure, and share results.
• Organised, autonomous, fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Build a reliable, well-structured account base: data quality, enrichment, segmentation, prioritisation.
• Map target accounts and identify the right decision-makers.
• Test and exploit buying signals to spot the right accounts at the right time.
• Design, run and optimise outbound campaigns and sequences, with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Prepare regular target lists for the sales development team and make this process scalable and automated.
• Track the performance of campaigns and lists (conversion, response rates, pipeline created) and share your learnings.
• Keep the CRM clean and the processes documented.
• Start with the French market, then contribute to rolling out the playbooks and processes you build to other countries, depending on priorities.
• Document what works in a playbook the whole team can use.
