Job summary

Electra, a leading European fast-charging operator, invites a Growth Ops intern to help build the growth engine of our corporate fleet vertical, with a primary focus on France. You will supply the sales team with the right accounts, contacts and signals, automate workflows with AI, and help scale pipeline across markets.

Ideal candidates are students with B2B sales exposure, analytical minds, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• You are a student seeking an internship in business, engineering, or university.
• First experience in B2B sales or sales operations is required.
• You are passionate about AI and use tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• You are analytical and test, measure, and share results.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and spreadsheets; eager to learn no-code AI tools.
• Organised, autonomous and a strong communicator in French and English.
• Interest in energy transition or electric mobility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a reliable, enriched target account base.
• Map target accounts and identify decision-makers.
• Test and exploit buying signals to spot the right accounts.
• Design, run and optimise outbound campaigns and sequences.
• Prepare regular target lists for the sales development team and automate.
• Track campaign performance and share learnings.
• Keep CRM clean and document processes.
• Start with France and roll out playbooks to other countries.
• Document what works in a team-wide playbook.
