Job summary

Doctolib in France is seeking a Patient Marketing Manager to drive growth, analyze performance and improve patient acquisition across 360° marketing plans for appointments.

You will partner with B2C brand, B2B Sales and Brand teams, develop data-driven campaigns, and lead brand strategy beyond simple booking. The role reports to the Head of B2C Marketing France and offers permanent full-time work in Levallois HQ with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with strategic orientation.
• Master 360° marketing plan management across organic and paid channels.
• Strong brand vision: positioning development and brand campaigns.
• Data analytics expertise: dashboards, ROI management.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient acquisition and generate business impact.
• Develop, execute and monitor 360° marketing plans (organic + paid).
• Align patient acquisition with Sales and B2B priorities; lead brand strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance and patient behavior; ROI focus.
• Create dashboards and transform data into actionable insights.
