AssoConnect is seeking a full-time Growth Marketer-Builder to scale acquisition across channels with a hands-on approach to low-code tools and AI-powered experiences. You will own growth across the funnel, from awareness to activation, including CRM and marketing automation, while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Based in Paris or Marseille, you will work hybrid and report to the Head of Marketing.

Formación

• 4-8 years in growth, digital marketing or performance marketing, in SaaS or e-commerce.
• Experience as a builder: acquisition channels and hands-on low-code + AI.
• Real AI use cases you can demo, client-facing or growth tooling.
• Comfort owning marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Own acquisition across channels: paid with partners, social, affiliation, plus new levers built with low-code and AI.
• Drive signups and conversion: optimize funnels (visits > leads > trial > signup) and landing pages.
• Lead generation and nurturing to push visitors to signup and trial (content, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences).
• Own marketing automation and CRM for acquisition journeys; hands-on growth lever, not admin.
• Build growth tools with low-code and AI: client-facing experiences, automations, enrichment, programmatic approaches.
• Ship growth backlog and measure impact using data.
• Contribute to scaling acquisition playbooks internationally.
• Understand persona deeply via interviews and user journey analysis.
