Job summary

Shine, the financial copilot for entrepreneurs, seeks a Paid Social and Affiliate Manager to own two growth channels in France. You will run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns and shape French-language creatives with our agency partner, while managing affiliate partnerships with the Partnership team.

You will join the Performance Marketing team within Shine FR Banking, collaborating with a multi-market community and driving data-driven growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Proven track record scaling direct-response Meta Ads campaigns.
• Hands-on affiliate experience with tracking setups and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize direct-response Meta Ads campaigns to hit acquisition and ROAS targets.
• Guide creative development for French language assets in collaboration with our agency partner.
• Manage external media agencies and bring operations in-house to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the Partnership team to align affiliate initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee affiliates list and maintain visibility across key partner accounts.
• Maintain and improve tracking standards across paid channels and support leadership with prioritization and execution.
