Shine in Paris is seeking a Paid Social and Affiliate Manager to own two core growth channels in France, running Meta Ads and shaping the French creatives with our agency partner. You will also manage affiliate partnerships with the Partnership team and bring more expertise in-house.

You will have ownership, blending creativity with data-driven performance, and work closely with our Performance Marketing lead to drive acquisition and ROAS. This is a fast-paced fintech growth role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Fluent in French and English with localized marketing instincts.
• Hands-on affiliate tracking experience and partner management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Bonus: knowledge of programmatic advertising (DV360, DSPs).

The Performance Marketing team at Shine

The role will be a part of the Shine FR Banking team, and we have a strong community of performance marketers in different Shine entities across markets.

Your role as a Paid Social and Affiliate Manager

As our Paid Social and Affiliate Manager, you will own two of Shine's key growth channels in France. You will run and scale our Meta Ads campaigns, and you will shape the French language creatives behind them with our agency partner. You will also manage our affiliate partnerships together with the Partnership team. You will have real ownership, bringing more expertise in house and working closely with our Performance Marketing lead. What you will be doing

• Always-On Paid Social Management: Plan, execute, and optimize direct-response Meta Ads campaigns to hit core customer acquisition and ROAS targets
• Creative Pipeline & Asset Management: You bring a creative mindset to the table and direct decisions for our creative partner agency to build, test, and iterate high-converting French language creatives at scale
• Agency Efficiency: Manage external media agencies, driving operational ownership in-house to optimize efficiency, lower costs, and reduce external agency dependency
• Strategic Collaboration: Drive deep cross-functional collaboration with the Partnership team to align affiliate initiatives with broader business development goals
• Affiliate Operations: Oversee the main affiliates list, establish cadence to work closely with the Partnership team, maintain clear visibility across key partner accounts
• Bolster the growth engine: Maintaining and improving robust tracking standards across your paid channels, supporting the Performance Marketing lead with team workflow optimization, strategic priorities and operational execution

What you will bring

• 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record scaling direct-response Meta Ads campaigns to hit acquisition and ROAS targets
• Blend of creative and analytical mindset: Skilled at combining visual storytelling and ad creative iteration with data-driven performance analysis to scale conversion rates
• Native or fluent French and English language skills with strong localized marketing instincts to effectively manage creative assets for French-speaking markets, viral campaigns, and seasonal events
• Hands-on affiliate experience with a solid understanding of affiliate tracking setups (e.g., Affiliate, custom links), pay-out structures, and partner management
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who comfortably drives results with internal stakeholders as well as external partners
• Analytical & business-minded, capable of turning raw performance data into actionable insights and unified reporting
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys acting as a trusted operational partner to performance leadership
• Bonus: Knowledge or prior experience with Programmatic advertising (DV360, DSPs, media buying platforms) to easily interface with external ad-tech vendors and agency partners
