Shine is seeking a results-driven Paid Social and Affiliate Manager to lead France’s growth channels. You will own Meta ads, shape French language creatives with the agency partner, and manage affiliate partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition and ROAS.

You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing lead and work across the Partnership team to drive in-house efficiency and scalable campaigns in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with proven Meta Ads scaling.
• Blend of creative and analytical mindset to combine storytelling with data.
• Native or fluent French and English with strong localization instincts.
• Hands-on affiliate experience with tracking setups, payouts, and partner management.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who drives results with internal and external partners.
• Analytical and business-minded with ability to turn data into insights.
• Proactive problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: knowledge of programmatic advertising (DV360, DSPs).

Responsabilités

• Always-On Paid Social Management: plan, execute, and optimize direct-response Meta Ads campaigns to hit core customer acquisition and ROAS targets.
• Creative Pipeline & Asset Management: guide agency to build, test, and iterate high-converting French language creatives at scale.
• Agency Efficiency: manage external media agencies, drive in-house efficiency to lower costs and reduce dependency.
• Strategic Collaboration: align affiliate initiatives with broader business development goals with the Partnership team.
• Affiliate Operations: oversee the main affiliates list and maintain visibility with key partner accounts.
• Bolster the growth engine: maintain robust tracking standards across paid channels and support leadership with workflow optimization.
