Job summary

OKX Europe is building a local influencer program from zero to hero, curating Tier 1–2 voices in crypto, FinTech and finance across Europe. You will own roster building, content operations that feed campaigns, and a 24/7 response system during sentiment events.

You will own local roster development, campaign briefs, and a compliant, localized asset kit, with weekly to quarterly narrative refreshes and strong governance across Growth, Compliance, Legal, Product and Brand teams.

Qualifications

• Experience running an influencer or creator program in crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Proven ability to build a ranked outreach target list with verified followers.
• Ability to negotiate with creators on non-cash-per-conversion terms.
• Strong data tracking for acquisition, engagement, ROI, and other metrics.

Responsibilities

• Map and rank Tier 1 targets per market across channels (YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, Telegram).
• Mine competitor amplifiers and track top podcast charts per market.
• Run direct outreach, manage the inbound portal pipeline.
• Acquire and negotiate deals with KOLs.
• Build brief templates by campaign type and maintain localized asset kits.
• Distribute periodic narrative refreshes to the roster.
