Job summary

Monks seeks an Influence Director to spearhead Paris influencer marketing, growing the local business and representing the practice at major events. You will lead a five-person Paris team and collaborate on select Europe, Middle East, and Africa projects to drive growth.

You will manage large-scale creator campaigns, oversee platforms, and ensure excellence in strategic client engagements with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in social media strategy and influencer marketing management.
• Proven leadership of multi-level teams and growth in local markets.
• Extensive experience with large-scale creator campaigns and compliance workflows.
• Strong presence in external-facing environments and high-stakes meetings.
• Fluent in French and English, with ability to connect to international networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Paris-based team, securing workflows for large-scope projects with hundreds of influencers.
• Oversee selection and transition of influencer tech platforms in collaboration with international teams.
• Act as external ambassador for Monks’ Influence in France during events and pitches.
• Provide strategic support to local and global accounts to drive measurable growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align owned, earned, and paid media strategies.
• Coordinate with the wider EMEA network to standardize local practices.
• Educate leadership and account leads on solutions and opportunities for upsell.
• Design workshops with partners and clients to leverage trends and tools for new products.
