Job summary

Alma in Paris is seeking an Experimentation & Tracking Engineer to own web experimentation on merchant sites, measure performance on Alma's own site, and evolve the tracking framework following a recent redesign.

You will lead tests from discovery to readout, implement tracking, and ensure data quality across eight markets, collaborating with Revenue Operations, Account Managers, and Data teams. French and English are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in experimentation, web analytics, CRO, or measurement-oriented web development.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant experimentation from opportunity to readout.
• Implement variations and event tracking in Kameleoon; run live phase and present results to stakeholders.
• Define and maintain the tracking plan across markets using GTM, GA4, or equivalent tools.
• Ensure reliable data flows into Salesforce, BigQuery, and Looker while managing consent and GDPR compliance.
• Run a CRO programme on Alma's funnels, starting with the demo request, and maintain Core Web Vitals and SEO across markets.
