Edenred is seeking a Growth Digital Strategy Intern to support digital marketing initiatives for the Benefits & Engagement line in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will assist with paid and organic campaigns, budget tracking, and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bac +5, have internship experience in Digital Marketing/IA, and are fluent in French and English. This 6-month full-time internship starts January 4, 2027, based at Edenred HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Qualifications

• Bac +5 from a top business school or university; gap-year or final-year internship.
• First internship in Digital Marketing/IA is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Assist with reporting, performance analysis, and budget tracking; deliver strategic recommendations.

YOUR ROLE

Within the Business Line Benefits & Engagement, the Revenue Optimization team is in charge of supporting all our Business Units across multiple geographies to reach their full potential on growth levers.

The Growth Digital Strategy Intern will participate in the following missions:

• Support our Business Units in their paid & organic digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads & META Ads, SEO/GEO.

• Assist with reporting and performance analysis, budget tracking and strategic recommendations.

• Contribution to internal knowledge sharing (workshop, digital trends, media updates, best practices).

• Use of AI internal tool to help building apps for our marketing teams as well for your own productivity & efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

Education & experience

• Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship

• A first successful internship experience in Digital Marketing/IA is a plus

Competencies

• Motivated team player

• Analytical skills (performances analyses, budget reports)

• Good business sense

• Strong communication skills (oral, written)

• Rigorous, organized and attention to details

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, META Ads or SEO/GEO is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)

Languages required

• Fluent in French and English

• Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German

EXPECTED START DATE

Full-time Internship contract (6 months, flexible)

Starting date: 4th of January 2027

Based at Edenred HQ, 16 Boulevard Garibaldi, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux
