Edenred recherche un(e) stagiaire Growth Digital Strategy pour soutenir nos Business Units à l’échelle internationale dans les stratégies digitales payantes et organiques. Vous contribuerez à l’optimisation des campagnes Google Ads, Bing Ads et META, et participerez à l’analyse de performance et au reporting.

Ce stage de 6 mois, basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux, offre l’opportunité de travailler avec les équipes marketing et d’apprendre dans un environnement multinational stimulant et dynamique.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 d'école de commerce ou université recherché.
• Première expérience en Marketing Digital/IA souhaitable.
• Compétences analytiques et sens commercial développés.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir les stratégies marketing digital payantes et organiques (Google/Bing/META).
• Réaliser des rapports de performance et suivre les budgets.
• Contribuer au partage des connaissances (ateliers, tendances, mises à jour).

YOUR ROLE

Within the Business Line Benefits & Engagement, the Revenue Optimization team is in charge of supporting all our Business Units across multiple geographies to reach their full potential on growth levers. The Growth Digital Strategy Intern will participate in the following missions: Support our Business Units in their paid & organic digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads & META Ads, SEO/GEO. Assist with reporting and performance analysis, budget tracking and strategic recommendations. Contribution to internal knowledge sharing (workshop, digital trends, media updates, best practices). Use of AI internal tool to help building apps for our marketing teams as well for your own productivity & efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

Education & experience Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship A first successful internship experience in Digital Marketing/IA is a plus Competencies Motivated team player Analytical skills (performances analyses, budget reports) Good business sense Strong communication skills (oral, written) Rigorous, organized and attention to details Knowledge of Digital Marketing, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, META Ads or SEO/GEO is a plus, but not mandatory. Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint) Languages required Fluent in French and English Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German
