Job summary

MYTRAFFIC’s Growth Content Manager Europe will drive freemium sign-ups and pipeline through compelling content and strategic sponsorships. You’ll own the European editorial line from concept to results, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You will lead content for France, Spain, Germany, the UK and Italy across LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters and video, coordinating with freelancers and managing campaigns to maximize inbound growth.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years in content or growth marketing (internships and apprenticeships count).
• Fluent French and English. Spanish, German or Italian is a plus.
• Strong writing and creativity, hands-on: you ideate and you produce.
• Analytical mindset: you track data and decide from it.
• Project management skills to run several initiatives at once.
• At ease with AI tools and Canva or Figma; video editing is a plus.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Content strategy (Europe): Own the editorial line for France, Spain, Germany, the UK and Italy across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter and short-form video.
• Content creation, organic and paid: Produce organic content and create hooks, angles, scripts and visuals for campaigns; campaign management with Paid lead.
• Sponsorship: Own our podcast, newsletter and media sponsorships across Europe and measure impact.
• Client testimonials and EU events: Turn client wins into testimonials, case studies and videos with Sales and CS; cover events.
• Performance tracking: Track reach, freemium sign-ups and pipeline by channel; share monthly KPI reviews.
• Collaboration: Work with Head of Marketing & Paid, Content US & Influence, Field & Events, Marketing Ops, Sales & CS.
