Skello, the go-to HR solution for frontline teams, is seeking a Growth Inbound Manager to drive qualified leads across France, Spain, Italy, and future markets. You will own paid and organic inbound channels, test new formats, and partner with Sales, Product, and regional teams to accelerate growth.

You will harness AI-driven personalization and robust analytics to optimize campaigns, content, and automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inbound growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment.
• Proven expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot knowledge expected).
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
• You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever.
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key.
• Fluent in French and in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Own inbound performance across France, Spain, Italy and upcoming markets.
• Manage paid acquisition performance and optimize spend by market across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond.
• Conduct A/B tests and steer performance against CPL and pipeline generated.
• Test emerging channels (ads inside LLMs, new platforms) before standard adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to identify trends and act quickly to scale.
• Build SEO roadmap and measure impact on rankings, traffic and signups.
• Lead content acquisition to drive growth and conversions across markets.
• Set up dashboards and collaborate with Ops to deploy AI-driven marketing automation.
