Pennylane is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations professional to drive strategic planning, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional execution within our Paris‑based Core Accounting track.

You will partner with leadership to define roadmaps, build scalable operating models, and manage high‑impact programs that accelerate growth across Europe. Fluency in French and English is required; remote work is limited to Europe within CET time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data analysis tools to drive decision‑making.
• Proven track record translating strategic initiatives into executable operational plans and projects.

Responsabilités

• Strategic planning and execution: define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps.
• Data‑driven decision making: identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and growth levers; provide actionable insights.
• Project leadership: pilot programs from ideation to measurement; manage complex cross‑functional projects.
• Cross‑functional orchestration: coordinate between track, care, sales, and other product teams.
• Performance management: own OKRs, design tracking mechanisms, address gaps and drive results.
