Pennylane, Paris-based fintech, is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations leader for the Core Accounting track to shape operational roadmaps and drive scalable execution. You will partner with product leadership, design scalable frameworks, and own the OKR process.

We value autonomy, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent French and English are required; role is Paris-based and not remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL (or willingness to learn) and modern data analysis tools to drive decision-making independently.
• Proven track record translating strategic initiatives into executable operational plans and projects, delivering measurable business impact.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the product leadership to define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Design and establish scalable operational frameworks that support our growth.
• Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and growth levers.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative research.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives and pilot programs from ideation through implementation and measurement.
• Identify and manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Serve as the operational nexus between the track and horizontal teams including care, sales, and other product teams.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and alignment across organizational boundaries.
• Own the OKR process for the track, ensuring clarity of objectives and accountability for results.
• Design and implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor performance against key metrics.
• Proactively identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address them.
