Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in a high-growth tech company is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in Excel/Sheets for modeling and forecasting.
• Comfortable working with compensation tools and CRM systems.
