CMA CGM Group is seeking a Group Strategic Advisory Consultant to join CMA Conseil in Marseille. You’ll contribute to high-profile strategic engagements, working directly with the Group's executive leadership in small project teams across geographies.

Projects include strategic reviews, transformation initiatives, and M&A-related assignments across Shipping, Logistics, Air Cargo, Rail, and more. A strong strategic mindset and international experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading academic institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment, working on strategic projects.
• International mindset with exposure to multicultural environments.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

THE ROLE

CMA CGM is undergoing a major transformation. To support this momentum, we are looking for highly organized, agile, and committed internal consultants who can bring strategic insight and deliver tangible impact alongside the Group's senior leadership.

As a member of CMA Conseil, you will contribute to high-profile strategic consulting engagements, working directly with the Group's executive leadership. You will operate in small project teams on assignments ranging from a few weeks to several months, across all business lines and geographies.

Projects include strategic reviews, operational performance assessments, geopolitical impact analyses, transformation initiatives, and M&A-related assignments, supporting all of the Group's businesses (Shipping, Logistics, Media, Air Cargo, Rail, etc.).

CMA Conseil plays a key role in supporting the Group's major transformation initiatives, including innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, decarbonization, diversification, and international expansion.
