• Consolidate inputs for Presidency and top management requests.
• Ensure rigor, transparency and quality control across deliverables.
• Monitor budget elements and interact effectively with Finance and the CEO Office.
• Demonstrate understanding of Shipping ecosystems.
• Explore emerging topics (AI, innovation, Shipping technology trends) and provide structured insights.
• Coordinate with other Chiefs of Staff and senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Support complex cross-functional initiatives from design to execution.
• Manage one person.

THE ROLE

The Chief of Staff to the EVP in charge of Shipping is a high-impact strategic role designed to provide executive leverage.Acting as a true right hand, you will ensure projects are properly structured, executed with rigor, and progressing in line with strategic objectives.This position requiring strong analytical capabilities, execution discipline and solid technical fluency.
