CMA Conseil, the CMA CGM Group's internal strategy unit, is offering a six-month internship in Marseille starting January 2027. You will join a fast-paced team to conduct market research, produce high-quality presentations for senior management, and help formalize the team’s intellectual capital.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree from a top business school is required.
• Proven track record producing analytical deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, in a bilingual environment.
• Strong synthesis and communication skills to distill complex topics.
• Rigor and reliability under tight deadlines with high visibility.
• Prior experience at a consulting firm, investment bank or strategic corporate role.
• Appetite for high-intensity environments and curiosity for transformation and M&A.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research, benchmarking and in-depth analyses on Group activities and markets.
• Produce high-quality slide presentations for senior management and clients.
• Synthesize outputs and contribute to formalizing the team’s intellectual capital.
• Track and publish mission KPIs; participate in key steering meetings.
• Contribute to live strategic projects spanning topics like M&A, expansion, and corporate restructuring.
• Participate in internal process automation and team operations improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct market research, benchmarking and in-depth analyses (quantitative and qualitative) on Group activities and markets
• Produce high-quality slide presentations for senior management and clients
• Synthesize mission outputs and contribute to formalizing the team’s intellectual capital
• Track and publish mission KPIs; participate in key steering meetings
• Contribute to live strategic projects spanning a broad range of topics: M&A integrations, geographic expansion and new entity creation, organizational restructuring, HR transformation, and customer experience improvement
• Participate in internal process automation and team operations improvement

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) from a top business school
• Proven track record producing analytical deliverables: Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken (bilingual working environment)
• Strong synthesis and communication skills: ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise outputs
• Rigor and reliability under tight deadlines and high visibility (deliverables go directly to top management)
• Prior experience at a consulting firm, investment bank or in a strategic corporate role
