Job summary

Marina Darje is seeking a grill cook for a seasonal role at a seaside location. You will be responsible for grilling, preparing ingredients, and delivering finished grills to the service team. The position runs from May/June to September with potential extension based on activity.

You will heat and clean the grill, cook meats, fish and vegetables to customer specifications, ensure safety, and assist with sauces, sides and inventory management.

Qualifications
