Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Paris is seeking an Account Manager for Mass Market France to drive growth with distributors and French customers as an entry point into semiconductor sales.

You will identify opportunities, manage design-in pipelines, and collaborate with distributors and engineering teams to drive adoption of Renesas MCUs, MPUs, and analog products across a broad customer base in France.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience in technical sales or related roles.
• BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical field.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities across a broad base of French industrial, IoT, consumer and infrastructure customers.
• Build and track a strong design-in pipeline from first contact through design win and production ramp.
• Drive adoption of the Renesas portfolio including RA/RX/RL78 MCUs, RZ MPUs, analog, power and connectivity.
• Contribute to DIN/DWIN, funnel, and revenue targets, and be accountable for your scorecard.
• Work closely with distributor sales and FAE teams in France to make Renesas the first choice for customers.
• Support and plan QBRs, branch design reviews, customer visits, training, and promotional campaigns with distributors.
• Keep the opportunity pipeline and forecast accurate.
• Engage with customer engineering and purchasing teams to understand their needs.
• Present the Renesas value proposition and coordinate internal resources to resolve topics.
• Feed customer and market insights back to shape portfolio and go-to-market strategy.

Renesas is seeking a motivated early-career professional to join the Mass Market & Regional Sales team for North-West-South Europe as Account Manager for Mass Market France. You will drive Renesas business with a broad base of French customers, mainly through our distribution partners. This role is a strong entry point into a semiconductor sales career, with structured onboarding, mentoring and exposure to a full portfolio of MCUs, MPUs, analog, power and connectivity solutions.

Grow the Mass Market business in France through demand creation:

• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities across a broad base of French industrial, IoT, consumer and infrastructure customers.
• Build and track a strong design-in pipeline, from first contact through design win and production ramp.
• Drive adoption of the full Renesas portfolio, including RA/RX/RL78 MCUs, RZ MPUs, analog, power and connectivity.
• Contribute to your DIN/DWIN, funnel, and revenue targets, and be accountable for your scorecard.

Drive execution with our distribution partners:

• Work closely with distributor sales and FAE teams in France to make sure Renesas is the first choice for their customers.
• Support and plan QBRs, branch design reviews, customer visits, training, and promotional campaigns with distributors.
• Keep the opportunity pipeline and forecast accurate.
• Engage directly with customer engineering and purchasing teams to understand their system and application needs.
• Present the Renesas value proposition and coordinate internal resources (FAE, Product Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain) to resolve technical, commercial and delivery topics.
• Feed customer and market insights back to the organization to help shape our portfolio and go-to-market strategy.

Learn and grow:

• Build strong product, application and market knowledge through structured training and close collaboration with experienced team members.
• Plan and take part in regional events, trade fairs, distributor days and team best-practice sessions across Europe.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience in technical sales, field application, product marketing or a similar customer-facing role in electronics/semiconductors. Recent graduates and internship/apprenticeship (alternance) experience are welcome.
• BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field. A double degree or a business/engineering school background is a plus.
• Genuine interest in embedded systems, microcontrollers and electronics applications.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, curious and results-driven mindset.
• Organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through on actions.
• Team player who is comfortable in an international environment.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel regularly within France and occasionally within Europe. A valid driving license is preferred.
