Airbus invites university graduates to join the Global Graduate development journey in Toulouse, a two-year, personalized program focusing on leadership, technical growth, and business acumen. You will engage in flight dynamics and flight control tests, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to certification campaigns with real-time telemetry and deferred analyses.

Throughout the program, you will develop through workshops, leadership training, and a dedicated development week

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in flight physics, aerodynamics or related discipline.
• Use of initiative and proactive in an operational and reactive environment.
• Strong learning capacity and team player attitude.
• Advanced English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the Flight Test campaign and validate on-board and real-time telemetry visualization tools.
• Follow tests in real time via the telemetry centre ensuring safety and validity.
• Perform deferred time analyses and provide feedback to the design teams.
• Ensure test readiness and real-time follow-up of simulator sessions.
• Optimize analyses and delivery of simulator and flight test data.
• Collaborate with FT engineers, instrumentation and design teams.
