Airbus Operations SAS in France invites university graduates to join the Global Graduate program, a two-year journey designed to cultivate leadership, broaden technical and business skills, and accelerate growth in flight dynamics and flight control disciplines within the Flight and Integration Test Centre.

You will work alongside FT engineers and pilots, gain hands-on testing experience, and participate in workshops and a yearly development week with a global community of graduates.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in flight physics, aerodynamics or a related discipline.
• Strong learning capacity and proactive mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Advanced English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyse simulator tests and flight tests related to flight dynamics and flight control laws.
• Collaborate with FT engineers, FT instrumentation and engineering design teams.
• Support development and certification tests (simulator and flight tests).
• Contribute to safety, reliability and efficiency analyses for test campaigns.
