Airbus in Toulouse is inviting graduates to join the Global Graduate Programme for Auto-Flight System Engineer. This two-year, personalized journey develops leadership, technical, and business skills within aerospace.

Rotations will expose you to Auto-Flight Systems design, MBSE, simulation, and flight control architectures while you collaborate across international teams and learn from industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or first professional experience in aeronautics, complex systems engineering, or flight control systems.
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation & Controls or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic verbal communication in French.
• Willingness to participate in rotations and international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the design, integration, and validation of Auto-Flight Systems.
• Master MBSE, simulation environments, and flight control architectures.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to bridge design and execution.
• Navigate an international industrial matrix and foster collaboration.
• Participate in rotational placements to gain lifecycle insight.
