Airbus is offering a two‑year Global Graduate program in the Quality Department in Toulouse. You will engage in a development journey with rotations, focused on guiding growth into a quality leadership role within Airbus.

Participants will work on operational excellence, root cause analyses, and the integration of quality standards across the product life cycle, while developing strong cross‑functional collaboration and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within Production, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• Willingness to take development and leadership opportunities.
