Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse invites university graduates to join the Global Graduate program, a two-year, personalized development journey designed to accelerate your growth and leadership potential within a pivotal engineering role.

You will work in the Flight and Integration Test Centre, preparing and analysing simulator tests and flight tests, collaborating with FT engineers and pilots, and progressing toward handling qualities and flight control expertise.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in flight physics, aerodynamics or related discipline.
• Proactive with the ability to adapt to an operational environment.
• Positive mindset and team player attitude.
• Strong learning capacity and awareness of deadlines, costs and quality.
• Advanced English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the Flight Test campaign, defining and validating on-board and real time telemetry visualization tools.
• Follow-up the tests in real time through the telemetry centre, supporting the crew for validity and safety.
• Perform deferred time analyses and provide feedback to the design team on data validity and aircraft configuration.
• Ensure preparation, test readiness, and real time follow-up of simulator sessions.
• Optimize analyses and delivery of simulator and flight test data with digital transformation tools.
• Elaborate ATA 070 certifications documents in close collaboration with 1VX.
