Airbus is recruiting for AGGP2027 – Graduate Customer Acceptance Manager, based in Toulouse, France. This two-year program blends technical immersion with leadership development, including multiple rotational placements and an annual in-person development week with senior leaders.

You will work across the aircraft life cycle with cross-functional teams, gaining deep insights into design, manufacturing, and customer acceptance processes while building leadership capabilities and industry

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent within aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
• Recently graduated or ideally already a first professional experience in Aeronautical/Industrial Eng, Airline Operations, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and conversational in French.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• Self awareness and a wish to lead your own development.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer aircraft inspections during Final Assembly & Delivery.
• Coordinate resolution of issues affecting customer and industrial progress.
• Interact with Design, Manufacturing, Production, Flight Line, Flight Test & Delivery teams throughout the aircraft life cycle.
• Learn the full industrial process of aircraft manufacturing and the technical integration of an aircraft.
• Develop leadership skills while coordinating contributors to resolve issues.
• Engage in long-term projects to develop Project Management and technical skills.
• Include a rotational placement (about 6 months) such as Aircraft Manager in Final Assembly Line.
