Job summary

AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL (ATR) GIE is seeking a GMA Contract Manager to reinforce our Customer Support team in Toulouse, France. You will manage contracts, act as main liaison for GMA topics, and coordinate cross‑functional processes to ensure performance and compliance.

You will oversee contract administration in the ATR SAP system, monitor payments, issue quotes, and manage invoices for contract-related services, while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer satisfaction: Manage & develop relationships with customers in your portfolio.
• Be the main point of contact for GMA-related topics.
• Coordinate and monitor processes to be followed by internal operational departments.
• Identify deviations, abuse, default or breach from contracts and develop action plans to recover performance.
• Perform regular contract reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
