• Monitor requests with GMAO tool for continuous improvement.
• Manage project activities: quotes, planning, monitoring, evaluation
• Handle various contracts (elevators, greenery, moves, vending, etc.)
• Use GMAO tool to monitor requests and data, contribute to continuous improvement

Your Role

• Maintain facilities in operation and compliance with current regulations
• Maintain a level of quality and environmental performance in line with company policies
• Ensure all staff and on-site contractors adhere to current rules (safety; energy)
• Contribute to employee well-being by providing a positive work environment
• Participate in the management of Facility Management contracts
• Project management: Obtaining quotes from external companies, planning, monitoring works, and evaluation
• Management of various contracts: Elevators, green spaces, moves, vending machines, etc.
• Monitoring requests with GMAO tool
• Global Continuous Improvement

About You

• Knowledge of building regulations: Implementation of normative and regulatory requirements, and adaptation to evolving standards and legislation by relying on our providers
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and identify the specific needs of internal departments in order to respond appropriately and rigorously
• Adaptability: Understanding of the company\'s operations and processes
• Agility/Flexibility
• Availability: 24/7 on-call duty for certain projects
• Fluency in English and French
