ATR is seeking a GMA Contract Manager to join Customer Support and reinforce a team of seven. You will manage contractual relationships, monitor processes, and ensure contracts are implemented in SAP with accurate invoicing and debt monitoring.

Strong English, organization, and budget experience are required for success in this role. You’ll operate in a dynamic environment, focusing on client satisfaction and compliance while coordinating with operations and finance teams to optimize contract

We are looking for a GMA Contract Manager to come onboard in our Customer Support and reinforce a team of 7 collaborators!

Career Path: Account Management

Your Mission

Develop customer satisfaction: Manage & develop relationship with customers from your portfolio, support the customer in the different steps of the life of its contracts (start, termination...). Be the main point of contact for GMA related topics. Coordinate and monitor the different processes to be followed by internal operational departments.

Manage contractual commitments: Identify deviations, abuse, default or breach from the contract and build a strategy and action plan to recover operational and financial performance. Perform regular contracts reviews (internal with operational departments and external with customers) to monitor contracts commitment.

Contract administration: Implement and monitor contracts in the ATR IT system (SAP) to make sure that all operational departments are able to monitor and follow contract related orders. Monitor debt and payment terms of the contract. Invoice the services covered by contracts (monthly and per event invoices), issue quotes, notification and invoices relative to cost and expenses not covered by contracts, and perform relevant reconciliations.

Votre mission

Développer la satisfaction client : gérer & développer la relation avec les clients de votre portefeuille, accompagner le client dans les différentes étapes de la vie de ses contrats (début, résiliation...). Être le principal point de contact pour les sujets liés au GMA. Coordonner et suivre les différents processus à suivre par les départements opérationnels.

Gérer les engagements contractuels : identifier les écarts, les abus, les défauts ou les ruptures du contrat et élaborer une stratégie et un plan d'action pour rétablir la performance opérationnelle et financière. Effectuer des revues régulières des contrats (internes avec les départements opérationnels et externes avec les clients) pour suivre l'engagement des contrats.

Administrer les contrats : mettre en œuvre et surveiller les contrats dans le système informatique d'ATR (SAP) pour s'assurer que tous les départements opérationnels sont en mesure de surveiller et de suivre les commandes liées aux contrats. Surveiller la dette et les conditions de paiement du contrat. Facturer les prestations couvertes par les contrats (factures mensuelles et par événement), émettre des devis, des notifications et des factures relatives aux coûts et dépenses non couverts par les contrats et effectuer les rapprochements pertinents.

- Domaine d'études : commerce, droit, économie avec formation technique ou école d'ingénieur avec expérience commerciale

- 5 ans d'expérience minimum

- Esprit orienté client

- Capacité à coordonner et impliquer différentes parties prenantes

- Capacité à entrer dans les détails tout en gardant une vision d’ensemble

- Expérience dans la gestion d’un budget ou d’un centre de profit

- Proactif, autonome et désireux d'apprendre

- Niveau avancé en anglais

- Connaissance générale de l'aéronautique et de l'industrie aéronautique
