Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT operations experience or strong internship in a tech environment.
• Comfortable troubleshooting macOS at scale.
• Can triage issues and communicate effectively during incidents.
• Writes clear and structured documentation.
• Picks up new tools and processes quickly.

Responsabilités

• Manage device security and employee IT experience.
• Handle IT on-call shifts autonomously.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Contribute to compliance documentation and self-service tooling.
• Lead low to medium IT projects.
