DiliTrust in Paris is seeking an Senior Workplace IT Lead to govern end-user IT across France and the US. You will own global Workplace IT operations, set standards, mentor teams, and drive AI-enabled modernization of the internal stack, supporting ~360 users and devices across regions.

You'll lead onboarding/offboarding, vendor management, and security governance, fostering a high-performance IT culture with a strong user-first mindset. Fluent English and French required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workplace IT / Systems / Network roles with leadership or ownership.
• Ability to lead without a large team (hands-on + strategic).
• Strong decision-making and accountability.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across regions.
• Excellent communication aligning technical and business needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Workplace IT function across regions and own end-user IT strategy.
• Coordinate Level 1 support (internal or external) and improve processes.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows at scale.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across locations; manage vendors.
• Own administration and evolution of identity, MDM, SSO, and security stack.
• Drive projects end-to-end; AI-ready automation and architecture governance.
