DiliTrust in Paris is seeking an Senior Workplace IT Lead to govern end-user IT across France and the US. You will own global Workplace IT operations, set standards, mentor teams, and drive AI-enabled modernization of the internal stack, supporting ~360 users and devices across regions.

You'll lead onboarding/offboarding, vendor management, and security governance, fostering a high-performance IT culture with a strong user-first mindset. Fluent English and French required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workplace IT / Systems / Network roles with leadership or ownership.
• Ability to lead without a large team (hands-on + strategic).
• Strong decision-making and accountability.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across regions.
• Excellent communication aligning technical and business needs.

Responsabilités

Your tasks:

You will lead a distributed Workplace IT function across France and the US, owning both operations and strategy for end-user IT.

This is not just a support role — you will act as the go-to leader for Workplace IT, driving standards, mentoring, and shaping the evolution of the internal IT environment across multiple regions (Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa), supporting approximately 360 users and devices.

Contribute to the modernization of our technology stack and internal processes by leveraging AI‑driven tools, practices, and innovations.

What you’ll own

Lead the Workplace IT function

• Act as the primary owner of Workplace IT across regions
• Coordinate and mentor Level 1 support (internal or external)
• Set priorities, improve processes, and raise overall support quality
• Drive a user-first, high-performance IT culture

Run global IT operations

• Oversee end-user support and escalation management
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows at scale
• Ensure consistent service delivery across all locations
• Manage vendors and local partners internationally

Own and scale the workplace stack

• Lead administration and evolution of:
• Identity & access management
• MDM / endpoint management
• SSO setup
• Security stack (AV, VPN, firewall)
• Collaboration tools
• Own IT asset lifecycle and governance

Drive projects & continuous improvement

• Lead tooling and infrastructure projects end-to-end
• AI ready : Automation of tasks using Copilot, Power Automate, and PowerShell
• Define architecture, documentation, and security standards
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement improvements
• Bring structure, scalability, and long-term vision to Workplace IT

Profile required

Ideally, you have:

• 5+ years in Workplace IT / Systems / Network roles, with leadership or ownership experience
• Ability to lead without a large team (hands-on + strategic)
• Strong decision-making skills and a sense of accountability
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across regions
• Excellent communication skills, able to align technical and business needs
• A proactive mindset: you anticipate problems rather than react to them

Languages

• Fluent English is mandatory This is a core part of the role, not a “nice to have”:

• French is required
• Spanish or Italian is a plus
