Mars, Royal Canin's parent, seeks a Global DRY Technology Specialist to lead the industrialization of DRY products across the global manufacturing network. You will define and publish R&D specifications and support transfer and validation of new materials, processes, and technologies within the Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science/Engineering; packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in food technology development, process and scale-up and/or implementation in factory environments.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of DRY INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global.
• Own Industrialization process in QUEST for global and regional projects.
• Deliver key deliverables for Industrialization to ensure product implementation across Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION networks.
• Collaborate with Regional DRY Technology Specialists to provide visibility on new projects and workload.
• Define Process Validation and Product Validation standards for DRY technology.
