Mars is seeking a Global DRY Technology Specialist to lead industrialization of DRY materials, processes and products across the Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION global manufacturing network. You will own DRY tech specifications, validate innovations, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure successful product transfers and process improvements.

The role requires a MSc/BE in Science or Engineering, 5+ years in food tech development, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) – Packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in food technology development, process and scale-up and/or implementation as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in the factory environment.
• Proven experience working in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of DRY INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global.
• Lead of DRY PRODUCT & DRY PROCESS GOVERNANCE pillar at Global.
• Develop, write and publish R&D specifications related to DRY Technology.
• Support deployment of product & process on the global manufacturing network by defining validation standards.
• Collaborate with regional DRY technology specialists on new projects and workload visibility.
