Royal Canin in Aimargues, France, is seeking a Global Packaging Technology Specialist – WET Food H/F/X to lead packaging industrialization for DRY and WET products across the global network. You will define packaging specifications, validate new materials, and drive scale-up with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across ROYAL CANIN and PET NUTRITION manufacturing sites.

Fluent English is required; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering; packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging industry as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in factory environment.
• Proven experience working in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of PACKAGING INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar for DRY & WET at Global.
• Drive End-to-End Industrialization: lead the industrialization stream within the QUEST stage-gate innovation process.
• Ideation: partner with cross-functional project teams from kick-off to launch.
• Prototyping: update IRAs and participate in Go/No-Go gates.
• Industrialization: define and coordinate factory test run validation plans and sampling protocols.
• Launch: establish and release final packaging material and format R&D specifications.
• Factory & Regional Support: escalate and troubleshoot with regional teams.
